Floral Dialogue (2022)
For the first exhibition at Las Musas I proposed “Diálogo Floral. Homage to Marosa di Giorgio, an installation of flower garlands: ceibos, water lilies and passion flowers directly related to the Uruguayan writer Marosa de Giorgio. Her poems intensified the observation of flowers and of my own work and her voice recorded in unforgettable CDs such as “Diadema” offered me sculptures and my sculptures became “entangled” in her words.
The whole of nature questions us, marvels us and seduces us with its continuous and fragile cycle. Today, more than ever, it demands our coexistence and mutual care.
